Anger,The After Effects
This is totally my personal experience on my own anger and also experiences from others. Most of us think that anger is the most efficient and effective part of our life but none of us seem to think bout the after effects of the same.. What do we actually gain?? Jus heart breaks, tears and pains etc, but at the same time no one is Mahatma to accept things as such.. Ego,Attitude etc., everything plays a vital role in anger.Moment after anger is de worser than anger itself.. Im such a short tempered girl i ve quite a lotta experience from my anger which basically ends up with cries and worse heart breaks,Be it mine or others.. I decided to reduce or stop it but nothing did greatly work out.It needs lot of compromises, while i did have two mind on what to decide.. Finally Carrying on a lovely relationship is much much lovely than sticking up to the dirty anger.. There is nothing wrong in a small sorry,a simple hold,a sweet hug to express that u need the person and not the anger. When u really bow down onto a relationship than to anger your loved one ll love u more.. Value the person and relationship... It ll take to great heights.. Anger just leaves pain and pressure.. So my dear friends..Keep ur heart as light as feather for love.. at the same time keep it as strong as rock for anger that should never touch u.. Pull the anger down from ur eyes.. The world will be even more Beautiful.. I had the word "JUS LEAVE" from my all three loved ones.. It hurts badly.. But my anger is the base of all. I value them not my anger!!

anger is worst enemy for mankind. one has to overcome it. where he is angry, the best thing is he should be calm and should not talk. Let his mind think good things and come back to normality. And what u said in relationships, its usual, Mars and Venus are always at loggerheads. But it builds strong understanding and takes relationship to next level. Anger and fight are good in relationships and good only in relationships.
